A more relevant room
The Concierge captures event-specific needs and offers. Guests see why a person is recommended, and choose whether to connect.
Make networking part of the value people came for. Help guests find relevant peers, arrange a conversation, and keep learning after the last session.

A relevant peer to meet
A reason for the introductionYou’re exploring new markets. Jonas brings experience building regional partnerships.
The Concierge asks what a guest is working on, finds the peer worth meeting, books a table between sessions and guides both there.
A strong programme gets people into the room. Shake-on helps them discover who else is worth their time, based on what they need and what they can offer.
Follow Marieke from her event goals to a relevant peer, a confirmed meeting, and the opportunities she can revisit later.

Free for up to 50 guests. Paid plans scale with your event.First-timers stand at the edge of the room. Regulars talk to the people they already know. Sponsors can't show their CFO who they met.
Shake-on gives every attendee a reason to talk to someone specific, and a time and a place to do it.

Instead of a long form, the Concierge asks three short questions: what would make the conference worth it, what they can offer and who would be useful to meet. Attendees check the summary and edit it. The conversation stays private.
Shake-on matches needs with offers, not job titles. Both people see why they should meet, and choose whether to connect. First-timers get the same quality of introduction as the regulars.
You're both cutting cloud spend with team budgets. Daan moved to monthly forecasting last year.
Time slots follow your programme, so nobody has to choose between a keynote and a conversation. Meeting spots are numbered, and the app shows the way from the ticket email.
Three people you're matched with have saved this session.
Every attendee gets the people they met, the introductions they didn't get to and the session materials worth revisiting. Profiles and conversations carry on to your next edition.
Make forecasting a track next year.

Attendance tells you who came. The Concierge tells you why. Use it to shape the programme while there's still time, and to show sponsors the meetings they paid for.
Aggregate interests show which topics drew the room and which ones had no session yet.
Sponsors see the meetings they held, their total meeting score and which accounts opted in to hear more.
Set targets such as attendees meeting someone new, then track them live and report them after.
Tip: 14 exhibitors haven’t told the Concierge who they came to meet.

An AI-drafted event page, registration and ticketing, with the agenda, speakers and sessions. One journey from the invitation onwards.
Import attendees by CSV and invite them by email to the Concierge. Matchmaking opens as soon as the first people answer.

Meeting slots follow your programme, so you decide when people can meet: in the breaks, over lunch or during a dedicated networking block. Attendees can also save sessions, and the app plans around them.
They can still register, check in and use the app. The Concierge is three short questions, and introductions get better as more people answer. A reminder goes to anyone who hasn't answered yet.
Essential covers 1:1 meetings, your branding and printed badges, from €2,450 for up to 250 guests. If sponsors or exhibitors want lead scanning, or you need a floor map and roundtables, that's Professional. Up to 50 guests is free.
Not as a list of names. Speaker insights, which are planned, will show the combined interests of a session's audience so speakers can prepare. No named attendee lists.
Shake-on is built for people in the same place. Online attendees can use the Concierge, introductions and messages, but there is no video streaming or virtual stage.
