Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Community is free for events of up to 50 guests, with Concierge intake and full matchmaking. Paid ticket sales carry a ticket fee.

How does per-event pricing work?

The displayed Essential and Professional prices start at events of up to 250 guests. Larger events get a tailored quote.

Can we keep our existing ticketing?

Yes. Import your attendee list by CSV and invite guests to complete their Concierge intake. Shake-on registration and ticketing makes the journey smoother, but it is not required.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests use the Shake-on web app from their ticket or invitation.

Can exhibitors use their own CRM?

Professional includes lead quality scoring and CRM sync. Lead follow-up uses the available context and the guest’s consent.

Who sees a guest’s Concierge conversation?

The guest can review and edit what Shake-on understood. Organisers and exhibitors receive relevant insights and consented lead information, not the private chat transcript.

Can I get the full event report on Essential?

Yes, on request. The goals-vs-results report and the exhibitor results sheets are part of Professional and Signature. For an Essential event we can add the report separately. Ask us for a quote.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Guest list export is included from Community. Guest-level results export is included in Professional and Signature, or available as an add-on to Essential.

What is the ticket fee?

On every plan, including Community, the ticket fee is 1.9% per paid ticket, capped at €7 per ticket, excluding VAT. On refunds, Stripe retains its payment processing fee.
