Relationships last. Control stays with the guest.

Profiles and connections that carry on after the event are only useful when people understand what is shared and can choose how to take part. Here is where your event data lives, who can see what and how AI is used.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

What guests control.

01

A profile the guest controls

Guests choose what to make public. Their profile is visible to them and their connections.

02

Networking is optional

Guests can opt out of networking at any time, and can ask for their whole profile to be deleted.

03

Private conversations stay private

Guests see and edit what the Concierge understood. Organisers and exhibitors see relevant insights and patterns, never the chat.

04

Consent travels with the lead

Every exhibitor lead records whether the visitor opted in to hear from that exhibitor.

05

Organisers can keep in touch

Organisers see their attendees, can follow up on event pages and can see their audience across events.

06

Event data in Frankfurt

The platform database and file storage run in Frankfurt, Germany. Some AI processing takes place in the United States.

WHO SEES WHAT

Three audiences, three views.

  • Their own Concierge conversation and summary, which they can edit
  • Why each person or stand was recommended
  • Public profiles of other guests
  • Their meetings, connections and messages
  • Registrations, check-ins and meetings
  • What the audience came for, in aggregate
  • Results against the event goals
  • Not the private Concierge conversation
  • Leads they captured, with what the visitor was looking for
  • Whether each visitor opted in to hear from them

WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED

Named providers, named places.

The platform runs in Frankfurt. The Concierge, matching and drafting features use AI providers in the United States. We are reviewing the transfer documentation for that processing, and the privacy notice will be updated when it's done.

HOW AI IS USED

AI suggests. People decide.

01

Recommendations are advice

AI never decides whether someone can register, attend, enter an event or buy a ticket. Organisers and exhibitors decide what to do with suggestions and scores.

02

Drafts wait for a person

Event pages, follow-up emails and Copilot changes are prepared for review. Nothing important goes out without someone approving it.

03

Guests can correct it

Guests review what the Concierge understood and edit it. Feedback on meetings and leads shapes future recommendations for that person.

PRIVACY QUESTIONS

What data protection officers ask us.

Who is the controller for event data?

For an organiser's event, the organiser decides what attendee information to collect and how to use it, and LMNT B.V. processes it to provide the platform. For a guest's own account, profile, connections and messages, LMNT B.V. is responsible. The privacy notice sets this out in full.

Do you sell data or use it for advertising?

No. We don't sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

How is the data protected?

With encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and restricted access to production systems. Sign-in, database and file storage run on Supabase in Frankfurt.

How long is data kept?

As long as it's needed for the account, event and follow-up features, or where the law requires it. Organisers can control retention for the event information they manage. There isn't one automatic deletion schedule for every type of data yet, so deletion requests are handled by hand.

How does a guest delete their data?

Guests can opt out of networking in their profile and can ask for their whole profile to be deleted. Requests go to info@shake-on.com.

Do you use cookies for tracking?

No. The marketing pages use no advertising or analytics cookies. The app stores only what it needs, such as your sign-in session and an offline copy of the guest list on check-in phones.
