Evidence for every exhibitor,
before the stands come down.

The event measured against what guests came for, and each exhibitor’s traffic, leads and fit in one view.

THREE AUDIENCES. ONE CONNECTED JOURNEY.

Give everyone
a reason to come.

01 / YOUR GUESTS

“Help me find
the right people.”

Match around needs and offers, with relevant booths, sessions and meetings.

02 / YOUR EXHIBITORS

“Give my team
useful opportunities.”

Make visitor intent, lead activity and follow-up context part of the same workflow.

03 / YOUR TEAM

“Show me what
we made possible.”

Bring audience intent, participation and exhibitor results together.

02 / CONNECT

Relevance starts
before the doors open.

The Concierge captures what guests need and what they bring. Shake-on uses that context to suggest people, exhibitors and sessions with a clear reason to connect.

Build an event
people can build on.

Start with the size of your audience, your exhibitor programme and the outcomes you want to support.

THREE AUDIENCES, ONE SHOW

Everyone on the floor came for something different.

  • Stand and people recommendations with a visible reason
  • Meetings with a time and a table, added to their calendar
  • Directions on the floor plan, in the browser
  • A recap of who they met and which stands they missed
  • Visitors who told the Concierge they need what the stand offers
  • Leads with needs, activity, fit and consent attached
  • Scanning on their own phones, every staff member included
  • Their own results, and a follow-up draft per lead
  • Goals agreed with sales and exhibitors before the show
  • Live meetings, leads and check-ins against those goals

02 CONNECT

Relevance starts before the doors open.

At registration, the Concierge asks each visitor what they need and what they bring. Exhibitors tell it who they came to meet. Shake-on uses both sides to suggest stands, people and meetings, and shows the reason every time.

01

Stand recommendations with directions

Visitors see which stands match their goals, why, and how to get there on the floor plan.

02

Meetings at the stand or in the meeting area

One tap sends a request with a time slot and a table. Both sides get a calendar invite and a reminder.

03

Leads with context, not a badge scan

Booth staff scan a visitor's ticket. The lead arrives with what they were looking for, what they did at the show and whether they opted in.

03 PROVE

Every exhibitor leaves with evidence.

Rebooking starts on the show floor. Each exhibitor sees its own leads, their fit and what visitors came for while the event is still running. Your team gets the event report, with every goal next to its result.

01

Exhibitor results before the stands come down

Captured leads, strong fits and follow-ups worth doing first, per exhibitor.

02

Meetings that mattered

Both people answer one quick question after each meeting. Meetings that happened and both rated 4 or higher count as meetings that mattered.

03

Would they exhibit again?

The day after, exhibitors rate their lead quality and value for money, and say whether they would come back. You see the rebook share per company.

04

A results sheet to take home

One page per exhibitor with visits, leads, meetings and scores, compared with the event average. You preview it and send it with a personal note.

04 IMPROVE

The last day isn't the last opportunity.

Visitors get a recap of who they met and what they missed. Exhibitors follow up with context while it still counts. You plan the next edition around what the audience asked for and couldn't find.

01

Follow-up drafts for every lead

Written from the visitor's goals and the team's note. Exhibitors review, personalise and send when consent allows.

02

Leads into HubSpot or a CSV

Booth owners move leads into their own sales process, with the context attached.

03

Recruit where demand beat supply

See which needs outnumbered the stands that could meet them, and sell next year's floor around it.

TRADE SHOW QUESTIONS

What organisers ask before the floor plan is final.

What do exhibitors need to do?

You invite each booth owner by email. They fill in the company page, tell the Concierge who they came to meet and invite colleagues. On the day, booth staff scan visitors' tickets with their own phones. There is no hardware to rent.

How much does it cost exhibitors?

Nothing extra from Shake-on. The exhibitor tools come with your Professional or Signature plan, so you decide whether to include them in the stand package or charge for them.

Do exhibitors get their own results?

Yes. On Professional and Signature, every exhibitor gets a one-page results sheet the day after the event: stand visits, leads and their fit, meetings that mattered, their total meeting score and how they compare with the event average. You preview each sheet and decide when to send it.

Do visitors need to download an app?

No. The event app opens from the ticket email in any browser, with the agenda, meetings, people, messages and floor plan.

How is lead quality worked out?

Three signals, kept apart: fit with the exhibitor's ideal customer, what the visitor actually did at the show, and the booth team's own rating. Exhibitors can see why a lead is marked as a priority.

What if the hall wifi is poor?

Check-in keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns. Lead scanning and the guest app need a connection, so check venue wifi or mobile coverage near the stands during your site visit. The onboarding plan includes that check.

Can we keep our registration system?

Yes. Import visitors by CSV and invite them to the Concierge. If you use Shake-on for registration too, tickets, badges and check-in run on the same data.
