AI TRANSPARENCY
How Shake-on uses AI
AI helps people and event teams find relevant next steps. People stay in control of their profiles, content and decisions.

The Concierge
The AI Concierge asks what you are looking for and what you can offer at a particular event. It creates an event-specific summary to help recommend people, exhibitors and sessions. You can review and edit your profile information. The private conversation is not shown to the event organiser or exhibitors.
Recommendations and scoring
Shake-on ranks possible connections and exhibitor leads using information such as profile interests, event-specific goals and relevant activity. A lead may be categorised before a meeting using the exhibitor’s ideal customer profile and the information available. Attendees and exhibitors can add meeting or lead feedback afterwards. These signals may influence recommendations for that person in future.
Recommendations are advisory. They do not decide whether someone can register, attend, enter an event or buy a ticket. Organisers and exhibitors decide what to do with the suggestions and scores.
Other AI features
- Drafting event descriptions, landing-page sections and hero imagery for organisers.
- Drafting exhibitor follow-up messages using relevant lead context.
- Helping organisers explore event information through connected AI tools.
Organisers and exhibitors review generated content before publishing or sending it.
Providers and information sent
Some AI requests are routed through Lovable’s AI gateway to OpenAI or Google models in the United States. Depending on the feature, requests may include Concierge conversation content, event details, or relevant lead context. See Subprocessors and Privacy.
